Please review these Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
Aunt Chris's Sweets reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Website.
Terms of Pickup/Delivery:
Because of the fragile nature of our products, some breakage may occur during transport but will not affect the taste and quality of our treats.
We always do our best to deliver any order as quickly as possible, orders are delivered on the business day as they are requested though additional time may be required for dessert cakes and special orders. Please review, the Order Information Page on the main page menu. That has detail information of the required processing time. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Because all cakes and strawberry orders are made fresh please call orders within the specified times required for your order to be made. Please see the Order Information Page on the main page of the website for time requirements. In-Store pickups must be placed before the intended pickup time at AuntChrissSweets.com and the customer's phone number is required to verify pickup time.
Local deliveries are based on available times. We ask for an hour delivery agreement window in which the recipient/customer will be available to accept the order. Since our products are perishable and made to order, a recipient is required to be present to accept the item(s). Refunds will not be issued for deliveries with incomplete or incorrect information or if the recipient is not present to receive the bakery items.
Special and Large Orders must be cancelled at least seven days before the preferred delivery/pickup date. Please call (505)501-2104 or email us at chris@auntchrisssweets.com so that we may assist you with your request. Special and Large Orders cancelled within that seven day period may incur a fee up to and including the value of the purchase. Due to preparation cost of materials and labor.
Regular Orders require and must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
For deliveries to an office:
Please keep in mind the recipient's personal schedule and the company name, address, phone, department we are to deliver to.
For deliveries to a home:
Please keep in mind the recipient's personal schedule and possible gate codes (if needed).
For deliveries to a restaurant:
We will require the restaurant name, address, phone and the recipient’s name plus the time of the reservation.

Refund and Return Policy
If there is a problem with an order you've received, please call (505) 501-2104 or email us at chris@auntchrisssweets.com. Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of when the package was received. There are no returns or exchanges.
Only one delivery attempt will be made per order. Should your order require an address correction, the customer is responsible for additional delivery and product costs.
Aunt Chris’s Sweets is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
- Package refusal.
- Compromised quality due to prolonged outdoor exposure to the package.
- Improper handling of the product by the customer.
- Bakery items that have not been picked up or bakery items picked up on a date other than that requested.
Depending on the emergencies and undue circumstance, Aunt Chris’s Sweets may issue a credit or re-order.
Cancellations
To avoid any charges, Special and Large orders must be cancelled more than seven days before the preferred delivery date. Due to preparation cost and labor there is a 50% charge of the total on all Special and Large Orders cancelled within seven days of the delivery or pickup date. Any orders cancelled within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Please call (505) 501-2104 so that we may assist you with your request.
Regular Orders
Regular orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery date.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.auntchrisssweets.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

-When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
