I have been making pastries over 24 years in the southwest. Also had the privilege of learning chocolate skills from famous chef's. I found my passion baking as a young girl. Not a day goes by I get new ideas to create new pastries. My dream is to make custom cakes and custom designed chocolate strawberry trees for many people to enjoy.
